The Civil Exception Act which was in place due to COVID-19 has been lifted and the Government of the Republic of Suriname has adjusted the entry requirements as of March 23, 2023.

Entry requirements:
1. Valid Travel documents as follows
- Passport
- Return Ticket
- E-Tourist card of E-Visa (for visa-obliging persons)
Note: The W confirmation numbers is not accepted as an approved Visa.
2. Proof of vaccination for YELLOW FEVER
Passengers who are arriving within 6 (six) days after leaving from or transiting countries with risk of yellow fever transmission need to present a YELLOW FEVER Certificate.
The Yellow Fever certificate must be issued at least 10 (ten) days before arrival in Suriname. Surinamese Residents and diplomats accredited in Suriname are exempted.

Entry requirements: FOR NATIONALS FROM HAITI
1. Valid Travel documents as follows
- Passport
- Return Ticket
- E-Tourist card of E-Visa (for visa-obliging persons)

2. Permission notification to travel from the Government of Suriname
3. Proof of vaccination for YELLOW FEVER
Passengers who are arriving within 6 (six) days after leaving from or transiting countries with risk of yellow fever transmission need to present a YELLOW FEVER Certificate.
The Yellow Fever certificate must be issued at least 10 (ten) days before arrival in Suriname.

4. Travel Insurance with worldwide coverage
5. Proof of Financial means to cover the period of residence in Suriname
Please note: The above requirements no. 2, no. 4 and no. 5 do not apply to holders of a Haitian passport, who are in possession of legal residence status for Suriname.
If you are not complying with the above entry requirements, you will not be accepted on the flight to Suriname.

3. Print Copy or Digital image of the online completed Immigration ED card
The Immigration ED card must be completed prior to the departure of the flight to Curacao.

A print copy or digital image of the online completed Immigration ED card should be available for the Immigration upon arrival in Curacao.
Exempted from completing the Immigration ED card are
- Residents of Curacao,
- Transit/ Transfer Passengers who depart within 24 hours of arrival.

3. A printout or digital image of the “QUALIFIED TO BOARD” Embarkation-Disembarkation card.
The online ED-card is mandatory for all travellers including minor and infants. It should be completed within 7 (seven) days prior to departure to Aruba.

Passengers who are transit and have connecting flights out of Aruba do not need to complete the online ED-form.
